At Race Trac, we believe in making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable - including yours! At Carl’s Cafe, located on the 9th floor of our Store Support Center, you’ll do just that. As a Store Associate, you’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences in a unique, boutique-style environment that serves everyone from vendors to executives. There’s no fuel, no weekend rushes—just quality service, great coffee, and a close-knit team.
Whether you’re looking for stability, consistency, or the opportunity to shine in front of company leaders, this full-time, weekday role might be your perfect fit.

- Set schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM - 40 hours/week with no nights or weekends
- Closed on company-observed holidays

What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Provide warm, genuine service from the first “hello” to the last transaction
- Greet every guest - including vendors, partners, and leadership - with energy and professionalism
- Suggest products that complement purchases and enhance the experience
- Handle guest concerns respectfully, escalating when needed
- Prepare, stock, and maintain food and beverage areas with quality and care
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols to the highest standard
- Restock shelves and coolers as needed, updating signage to reflect promotions
- Keep the store sparkling - sweeping, mopping, restocking, trash removal, and more
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth operations throughout the day
- Stay “on” and guest-ready from the moment you walk in until the end of your shift
- Thrive in a polished, professional environment where every detail matters
What We’re Looking For
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, food service, or retail preferred
- A friendly, upbeat attitude and a strong sense of personal responsibility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift
- Dependability and professionalism—this role interacts with all levels of the company
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
