Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Party Attendants to join our team. As a Party Attendant, you will be the face of our birthday party experience, ensuring every event runs smoothly and that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable time. You will be responsible for setting up party rooms, coordinating activities, and providing excellent customer service to both children and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup and Breakdown:
Prepare party rooms with themed decorations, set up activities, and ensure all necessary supplies are ready before guests arrive.

Customer Service:
Greet party guests, assist with check-in, and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Facilitation:
Lead party activities, games, and ensure all children are engaged and having fun.

Food and Beverage Service:
Serve snacks, juice boxes, and other party refreshments as needed.

Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and safe environment during and after parties, including the party room and play areas.

Safety Supervision:
Ensure all children are safe, following facility rules, and engaging in activities appropriately.

Communication:
Effectively communicate with parents, addressing any concerns or special requests.

Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, event planning, or childcare is preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to engage and manage a group of young children.

Personality:
Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. Must love working with children.

Availability:
Must be available to work weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with access to reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical activities related to event setup and breakdown.

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is competitive within the market at $13 per hour. Party Attendants also earn their prorated portion of party tips, which typically increases the hourly pay by $4-5 per hour, significantly increasing overall compensation.
