We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, restocking products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure areas are well-stocked and organized.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
