Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Stock items in backroom areas as needed.
• Operate forklifts or other heavy machinery if required (depending on location and certification).
• Ensure accuracy of stocking and placement to support store operations.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed) ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
