Merchandiser – Full Time

This role is for a Merchandiser in a Total Wine & More retail location. The key responsibilities include managing product inventory, supporting online operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

$13.78/hr – $19.29/hr

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies, if delivery is an essential job function.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in a retail setting (1+ year preferred).
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions.
