Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – Perimeter Mall, Dunwoody GA

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part-time basis.

• Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions
• Deliver a signature experience for every guest by greeting guests, performing cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80% of role)
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Process information/merchandise through the register system
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical requirements:
  
  constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; near/far vision and depth perception; ability to adjust focus; lift at least 30 lbs
• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week (availability, not a guaranteed schedule)

The hourly wage for the position ranges from $16.76 - $17.76, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. LEGO Group considers a wide range of factors in compensation, including experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
