We are looking for a Retail Gear Guide to join our team for the opening of our Atlanta store. You will provide customers with a premium experience and excellent customer service in an engaging and authentic way. You value the opportunity to help customers find the gear that supports their pursuit. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager.

This is not a remote position.

Located in Atlanta, GA.

• Authentically engage with all customers to provide exceptional customer service and experience
• Become a brand expert on all things SITKA
• Actively participate in reaching sales and other KPI goals
• Assist in inventory procedures including floor replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, etc.
• Uphold premium merchandising standards that create an exceptional customer experience
• Execute store cleaning responsibilities
• Provide an excellent checkout experience for all sales, returns and exchange transactions using POS
• Assist with store events
• Additional duties as assigned

• At least 1 year of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Ability to effectively and accurately complete POS transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred

• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Move and process shipments
• Ability to lift 45 lbs
