Fan Space Associate

82 ATLANTA Fan Space (Marietta St NW)

This role will work exclusively in our ATLANTA Fan Space.

Between 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Local Time (Weekends required)

• Assist Social Media Team with uploads, creation of local promotions and content, and collaborations.
• Work with the Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our ATLANTA Fan Space.
• Handle money and sales using Shopify POS.
• Communicate efficiently with teammates and customers.
• Uphold performance standards in any crowd scale.
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Assist in creative tasks.

• A genuine interest in K‑pop music and content.
• Time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suite.
• Comfortable with public speaking and crowds.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K‑pop.
