• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for quality and safety.
• Process items to meet daily production and inventory goals.
• Collaborate across departments to solve problems and support team objectives.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area.
• Complete all required training and safety briefings.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years or older; forklift certification required for age 18‑17 and not allowed to operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
