The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, helping the store achieve its targets and keeping the store presentable for customers. • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets.
• Maintain a presentable and inviting store environment at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.

• Prior experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for retail and fashion.
• Strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to create a positive team environment and ensure the store always looks presentable and inviting.
