- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
- Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner
- Maintain inventory so that there is no out of stock and over‑stock products
- Be a team member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate other associates; communicate effectively; be flexible to business needs; track goods; maintain in‑stock levels; control shrinkage
- Be an expert: understand processes and specifications for quality of produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale); maintain product safety; follow sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws and company policies
- Be a techie: use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others
- Be an owner: drive the performance of the area; use digital tools and perpetual inventory techniques; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers; assist customers per policies and procedures
- Be a talent ambassador: advocate for the department and club; model high quality service; execute basics at highest possible level; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for work
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans; use Open Door Policy; apply them in practices
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt and learn from feedback

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired
- Experience with produce (preferred)
- Experience in customer service (preferred)
