Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience continuously evolve. We aim to develop proactive, learning associates who build expertise in uncovering customer needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
Successful candidates will complete new employee training.

We seek candidates with hustle, ambition, and bilingual Spanish speakers (though not required). Job Responsibilities- Assist customers in picking up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
- Explore individual customer needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools consistently in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate coverage, network performance, and plan advantages.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and knowledge of systems.
- Manage cash handling and store operations responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and provide seamless customer experience.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
- Passionate customer advocate who is authentic and fun.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
