As a Member Specialist, you’ll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This is a fast‑paced, physical, member‑facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive everyday. Whether you’re unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you’ll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e‑Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.
• Open and close the building following operational checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.
• Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.
• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.
• Offer hands‑on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.
• Engage with members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.
• Triage member service requests and escalates when needed.
• Be an on‑site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.

• Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory.
• Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
