Customer Service Lead (Part Time)
Our Burlington team in Atlanta, GA is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic individual with strong leadership skills to join our retail team as a Customer Service Lead
. This part‑time role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor and focuses on delivering exceptional, customer‑first service.
- Model Our Burlington philosophy and core values for the team, and ensure back‑of‑house standards are executed efficiently.
- Drive improvements in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer‑first focus and delivering a consistently great experience.
- Maintain a neat, orderly front‑end area and troubleshoot any issues with registers and transactions.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods.
