Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring timely and consistent meal preparation for our guests.
Qualifications- Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and time management in a kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management or food portioning is a plus
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in the food service or culinary industry preferred
- Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
