Levy Restaurants is seeking a skilled line cook for the Press Box area at Mercedes‑Benz Stadium. The Press Box Line Cook prepares, executes, and maintains high‑quality food for our daily service in the Press Box area. This role supports the Jr. Sous Chef overseeing the space, follows established culinary standards, and ensures a consistent dining experience for guests every day the building is operating.

Pay Range: $18.50 to $20.00

• Read, understand, and execute daily prep lists provided by the Jr. Sous Chef.
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items for the 11:00 AM–2:00 PM lunch service with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout prep and service.
• Follow all recipes, portioning standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, rotating, and storing product according to FIFO standards.
• Communicate any product shortages, equipment issues, or operational concerns to the Jr. Sous Chef or Executive Chef team.
• Maintain proper sanitation, temperature logs, and daily checklists as required.
• Support occasional weekend events as business demands.
• Uphold Levy and Mercedes‑Benz Stadium standards for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Previous line cook experience preferred, ideally in a high‑volume or scratch‑cooking environment.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Ability to work independently and take direction well.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
