• Serve guests with enthusiasm, uphold a positive attitude, and maintain cleanliness and organization while working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures and clean as you go.

• Perform duties that require bending, lifting, reaching, and turning, and transport items up to 50 lb.

• Passion to serve the guest.

• Ability to clean as you go and stay organized.

• Stand up to eight hours or longer if needed.
• Stand and walk 100 % of the time.
• Lifting up to 20 lb to shoulder level; carrying up to 30 lb for short distances.
• Constant exposure to heat.
• Bend and reach from under the counter (5 in above the ground) to 6 ft above the ground with at least one arm.
• Climb ladders or step stools.
• Dexterity required for handling food items and dishes.
• Effective communication skills to deal with the public.
