• Maintain proper dish cleaning while keeping a clean station and workspace.
• Follow proper sanitation protocols.
• Open duties and closing cleaning duties.
• Work in a professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchen with high expectations for food presentation and execution on spotless kitchenware.
• Coordinate with other employees and management; communicate effectively in an open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room.

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
