K5 Hospitality, a leader in the Atlanta dining scene, is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Chef to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to lead a talented culinary team in a high-volume, chef-driven kitchen where creativity, leadership, and consistency are valued above all else.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Create innovative menus that reflect our concept while balancing food and labor costs.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering systems.
  • Collaborate with ownership and management on menu planning, events, and seasonal offerings.
  • Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and hospitality within the kitchen.
Qualifications
  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution (required).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Advanced culinary skills with a passion for creativity and consistency.
  • Solid understanding of cost control, scheduling, and labor management.
  • Serv Safe certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.
