Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead - Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place

Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for a motivated and dependable Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead to join our leadership team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that our team delivers quality food with speed, accuracy, and care.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift Availability: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (must have full availability for one of these shifts)

Responsibilities:

* Lead BOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations

* Model and maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization

* Support and coach team members to maximize performance and teamwork

* Monitor food preparation, portioning, and kitchen flow to meet demand and uphold quality

* Communicate clearly with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure timely service

* Assist with opening/closing responsibilities as scheduled

* Uphold and enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Chick-fil-A policies

Qualifications:

* Prior kitchen or food service leadership experience preferred

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)

* Serv Safe Certification (preferred, not required)
