We are seeking a Front of House Manager with a strong service foundation, events experience, and a genuine interest in beer, cocktails, and wine—someone eager to grow into expanded leadership within our restaurant group.
The RoleThe Front of House Manager plays a key leadership role in daily operations while supporting private events, service execution, and beverage-driven hospitality. This position works closely with the General Manager, culinary leadership, and events team to deliver consistent, welcoming, and elevated guest experiences.
This role has a clear growth path to Assistant General Manager for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, operational discipline, and cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support daily FOH operations across service periods
- Execute and support private events, buyouts, and group dining experiences
- Train, coach, and develop FOH staff with a focus on hospitality standards
- Maintain service pacing, floor presence, and guest recovery
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support beverage program execution including beer, cocktails, and wine
- Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout the space
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting
- Prior experience supporting or managing private events, large parties, or buyouts is required
- Working knowledge of beer, cocktails, and wine is expected
- Comfort speaking to guests about beverages and guiding staff training
- Willingness to learn our in-house brewing program and evolving beverage offerings
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (FOH Manager, Service Manager, or similar)
- Experience in event-driven or high-volume restaurants
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Calm, confident presence on the floor
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn beer, cocktails, and wine at a deeper level
- Desire to grow within Brewed To Serve Restaurant Group
- Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 + performance-based bonus
