• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Taking customer orders and accurately entering them into the POS system.
• Prepping menu items as directed by management.
• Assisting with incoming deliveries and shelving.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance satisfaction and sales.

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs+ on a repetitive basis, and to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Consent to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
