Sensory Laboratory Technician –
MMR Research
Department: Consumer Center Partnerships (CCP)
Location: Dunwoody, GA (CIC)
The Consumer Innovation Center (CIC) in Atlanta is hiring an on‑site full‑time Sensory Laboratory Technician to support product testing operations. If you enjoy working in a hands‑on environment, have a strong attention to detail, and are curious about how food and beverage products are evaluated, this role could be a great fit.
When: Monday‑Friday (typical hours around 07:30 am‑15:30 pm, subject to discussion)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the panelist database.
- Schedule sensory tests and update the testing calendar.
- Set up and clean up sensory labs for each test, helping to prepare and serve samples during taste testing and product evaluations.
- Follow specific testing protocols (training provided).
- Greet panelists, answer phones and perform other front‑desk duties.
- Write brief summary reports on research findings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Prior kitchen/laboratory experience preferred.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on.
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
