Hexagon Lavish is an antiartificial scientific R&D startup based in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in materials characterization and information retrieval technique development and implementation. The company's introductory product, PIR:
Premier Information Retrieval, is software and service that enhances computer vision and image processing.

Hexagon Lavish is seeking a Computational Chemist to expand computational capabilities involving reaction dynamics, molecular dynamics, and molecular orbital theory. The candidate should be able to turn impractical ideas into practical solutions.

The Computational Chemist will collaborate with the Materials Scientist on materials characterization and informational interpretation related to "a material's emergence" or "object tagging".

The position reports directly to the Chief Science Officer.

• Experience developing numerical environmental prediction codes in HPC environments

The salary is based on a "24-schedule", requiring at least 40 hours per week.
