We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for a full-time, on-site position located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining lease agreements. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective tenants, executing rental agreements, assisting with resident retention initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in supporting the operational success of our community.

• Experience in lease administration and handling lease agreements
• Proficiency in resident retention strategies and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in customer service and providing positive experiences for clients
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of property management processes and systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications in real estate are a plus
