Providence Real Estate is searching for an experienced leader to become our full-time Property Manager and help keep our mid-rise apartment building an amazing place to live!

You’ll work at The Stratford in the Sandy Springs area, helping out tenants and maintaining high residency rates to ensure we meet our financial goals.

Our Property Managers typically work Monday through Friday with occasional on-call and Saturday hours required.

You’ll be the trusted leader who steps in to solve all kinds of problems and helps our residents with whatever they need! We’re looking for an experienced manager who can engage with our residents, build positive connections, and help improve the quality of life at our apartment community.

Responsibilities include:

• Screening residents before move-in
• Helping quickly fill vacant apartments
• Collecting rent and following up with residents about late payments
• Working with residents regarding finances and minimizing evictions when possible
• Coordinating with maintenance team to fulfill service requests
• Ensuring legal compliance in all activities and documentation
• Supporting staff development and growth
• Driving revenue and helping our community thrive

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Experience managing a mid-rise building
• Familiarity with the Sandy Springs area and the ability to make local recommendations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Yardi software
  - preferred
