• Maintain strong relationships with tenants using a hospitality touch
• Supervise all property staff
• Overseeing the business plan for the property to maximize rental rates, occupancy and NOI
• Property level budget tracking
• Assist all outside vendors with property issues
• Coordinate all work orders with internal staff, tenants and outside vendors

• Enjoy serving others with a hospitality mindset
• Have a meticulous attention to detail with a process driven work flow
• Be intellectually curious and drawn to challenges
• Have a strong work ethic and act with a sense of urgency
• Be self aware with the ability to own mistakes, learn and grow
• Be able to think creatively and outside the box

• 1 to 5+ years of real estate or hospitality experience
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Hospitality mindset with a great bedside manner
