Position Overview

Quality Control Analyst at Tellerex in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you ll help maintain quality control standards for full ATM refurbishment and parts repair. Quality findings will be documented, reported on, and fed into our process improvement cycle. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet and exceed customer standards within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test refurbished parts and machines for defects, failures, or nonconformities prior to release.
  • Document inspection results, defects, and corrective actions using standardized QC forms and systems.
  • Stay current on ATM technology updates, refurbishment standards, and customer-specific quality requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between technicians, Process Improvement, and Customer Success to ensure quality expectations are clearly communicated and met.
  • Continuously update and improve QC checklists based on customer feedback, defect trends, and field issues.
  • Work with the Process Improvement Department to track and record defect rates and percentages for MIS reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate identified defects clearly and constructively to production teams to reduce repeat errors and drive corrective actions.
  • Support root cause analysis efforts by identifying patterns, contributing findings, and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize critical orders.
  • Respond to customer concerns and address fixes.
  • Serve as the “voice of quality” and frontline feedback channel for the Customer Success team by identifying risks before they reach the customer.
Qualifications

Required

  • Experience or equivalent education in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or related quality methodologies.
  • Experience in QMS.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of QC Methods including:
    • Inspection-based quality control
    • Risk-based and tiered QC models
    • Statistical or trend-based quality monitoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, defects, and process gaps.
  • Experience converting inspection findings and data into accurate documentation and reports.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize critical orders and shift workloads.

Preferred

  • Experience in a technical, electromechanical, refurbishment, manufacturing, or repair environment.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, failure analysis, or corrective action processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (Acumatica experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of quality metrics such as defect rates, yield, rework, and failure trends.
  • Prior experience supporting audits, customer inspections, or quality reporting.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technicians, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Comprehension of/or certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Onsite position at our Atlanta Headquarters.
