Position OverviewThe Plant Quality Manager ensures all products meet safety, regulatory, and customer quality standards. This role leads quality initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and promotes a strong quality culture throughout the plant.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee product safety and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 standards
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans
- Lead audits, corrective actions, and quality reporting
- Manage quality assurance processes for incoming, in‑process, and finished goods
- Supervise and develop quality team members
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree with experience considered
- 3–5 years in plastics or packaging and 4+ years in management with direct reports
- Knowledge of statistical quality control and problem‑solving methods
- Strong communication and leadership skills
