Quality Control Electrician at Faith Technologies, Inc. The role focuses on delivering quality control services including coordination and implementation of the Quality Control Plan, job site quality auditing, on‑site coaching, and training to enhance job site performance, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Minimum Requirements- Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Experience:
5+ years of field experience - Travel: 100%
- Work Schedule:
6 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday. Flexibility required; may include nights, weekends, holidays.
- Conduct quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting systems, and basic control systems and feeders.
- Inspect installation of motor feeders.
- Identify potential quality issues from review of construction documents.
- Analyze startup/commissioning schedule.
- Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment installation standards, checklist procedures, and training.
- Complete overall quality inspections for projects of limited scope and size.
- Lead small crews (2‑5 electricians). Perform safety checks and maintain compliance with security policies, LOTO, OSHA, and customer‑specific standards.
- Demonstrate excellent customer relations through effective problem‑solving techniques.
- Participate in cross‑functional teams to develop and refine job‑site quality and commissioning processes.
- Provide statistical information and analyses to the commissioning foreman regarding quality, commissioning, and startup procedures.
- Guide field employees, project supervisors, and management on job‑site quality and commissioning matters.
- Coach and develop employees on audits or novel work during crisis situations.
- Perform Project Expectations Review and provide feedback, corrective actions and recommendations to project leaders and key management personnel.
- Plan, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Accept and embody the company culture and professional standards.
- Present approachability, collaboration, and influence.
- Develop relationships with leaders and direct reports to facilitate open dialogue and trust.
- Define work, communicate vision, delegate tasks, and monitor performance; provide feedback and resources.
- Assist in data collection for Short Circuit Arc Flash Studies.
- Participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program.
- Perform other related duties as required.
