Key Responsibilities- Feeding & Watering:?(p> quests>
Ensure all pets receive their meals and fresh water according to their individual needs. - Cleaning & Sanitizing: Maintain clean living spaces by cleansing kennels, play areas, and other facilities, following established protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Walking & Bathing: Provide regular walks for pets, and bathe them when necessary, ensuring they stay happy and healthy.
- Monitoring Well‑being: Observe pets for any signs of illness or discomfort and report any concerns to the team to ensure the health and safety of our animals.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with pet owners, provide updates, and ensure pets are comfortable and well cared for during their stay.
- General Assistance: Support the team with various tasks Reuters need, contributing to a smooth and positive experience for both the animals and their owners.
To meet the needs of our patients and support our team, this role requires flexibility. You must be available to:
- Work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
- Participate in major holiday rotations (shared equitably among the team).
- Adapt to changing needs of the practice with a positive, team‑first attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Weekend and evening availability is required
, including rotating holidays. - Passion for animals and a strong work ethic.
- Prior animal care or customer service experience is a plus—but not required! We’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and be comfortable working with animals of all sizes.
- A collaborative, dependable, and adaptable team player who can work both independently and in a fast‑paced team setting.
