We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our property grounds to meet company standards. Duties include litter removal, overseeing the upkeep of common areas, power washing, and light landscaping tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for ensuring efficient coordination with the maintenance team and promptly addressing any issues.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Maintain clean grounds by removing litter, including pet waste.
• Oversee the appearance of property buildings, grounds, and common areas including bathrooms and pool areas.
• Ensure breezeways are free of debris and cobwebs with backpack or handheld blowers and/or by power washing.
• Keep driveways and walkways clean.
• Operate trash compactor as needed.
• Perform light bulb replacements and painting touch-ups as requested.

• Inside and outside work in all types of weather is required.
• Prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and crouching is required.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.
