• Support Exams & Procedures: Assist veterinarians during physical exams, dental cleanings, and surgeries by prepping patients and monitoring throughout.
• Patient Care: Safely restrain pets, monitor vital signs, collect samples, and ensure comfort pre‑ and post‑treatment.
• Clinical Procedures: Administer medications and vaccines, place IV catheters, draw blood, run diagnostics (fecals, radiographs, labwork), and assist in surgical prep and recovery.
• Client Communication: Educate clients on at‑home care, medications, nutrition, and wellness. Be a reassuring, informed voice throughout the pet's care.
• Records & Organization: Maintain accurate medical records, manage inventory, keep exam rooms and surgical suites clean and organized.

  Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care.

• Experience: 1+ years as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician preferred. Veterinary Technician degree or assistant program background is a plus.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of animal restraint, veterinary terminology, and clinical procedures. Experience with exotics is a bonus.
• Communication: Clear, kind, and confident communicator—both with clients and teammates.

• Team Player: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dependable in a busy, collaborative setting.
