We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who values clarity, precision, and patient centered care within a collaborative environment.

About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with obesity related conditions and metabolic concerns. This provider will assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, prescribe and guide patients through sustainable lifestyle and medical interventions.

This role is well suited for a practitioner who enjoys variety in patient care while also appreciating established systems and protocols. The ideal candidate is thorough, conscientious, and comfortable working within defined clinical frameworks while collaborating closely with physicians and leadership when complex or high-risk decisions arise.

This is a hybrid position with in-person care primarily at:

550 Eagles Landing Parkway, Stockbridge, GA

Secondary location: 371 E Paces Ferry Rd, Atlanta, GA

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with one hour lunch.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments for weight management, metabolic conditions, and related comorbidities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using established protocols and evidence-based guidelines
  • Provide education on nutrition, lifestyle modification, behavioral strategies, and medication management
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans methodically to optimize outcomes
  • Initiate and manage hormone replacement therapy when appropriate
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians on complex or higher risk cases
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in accordance with practice policies and regulatory standards
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Support long term patient success through structured follow up and continuity of care
Qualifications
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • At least 1 year of weight loss experience required
  • Hormone replacement therapy experience preferred
  • Strong documentation and compliance skills
  • Ability to follow established protocols with consistency and accuracy
