• Position: Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Infusion / Infusion Nurse / Chemotherapy Nurse
• Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 (Buckhead / Sandy Springs area)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing (W2) — Georgia travel nursing, Atlanta healthcare jobs
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• End Date: June 27, 2026 (13 weeks)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Setting: Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center — hematology/oncology outpatient clinic
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,860 – $1,950
• Note: No local candidates within 50 miles

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in oncology nursing or infusion therapy (Oncology RN / Infusion Nurse experience)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible to practice in Georgia
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Chemotherapy certification required (e.g., ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience administering chemotherapy, biologic agents, and hematology treatments
• Strong IV skills and infusion therapy proficiency
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills

• Prepare and safely administer chemotherapy, biologic agents, and hematology/oncology infusions per established protocols
• Conduct thorough pre-infusion assessments, verify provider orders, and ensure safe chemotherapy handling
• Monitor patients continuously during infusions; promptly identify, intervene, and escalate adverse reactions
• Provide clear patient and family education on treatment plans, expected side effects, and post-infusion care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and the multidisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support clinic workflow, contribute to quality improvement, and promote a compassionate patient experience
