Requirements:
Active and unencumbered RN license verified through Nursys
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical/Surgical nursing with oncology experience in a similar-size acute care setting
Current BLS certification required
Chemotherapy certification strongly preferred
Complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
Completed skills checklist and professional references
Professional badge-appropriate photo required for credentialing
