Job Description

Title:

Travel Nurse - Med/Surg

Schedule:

Day 12x3

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed

Hours:

36 weekly

Requirements:
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- 2 years of experience
- Experience in a level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care to a mixed population of Med/Surg patients.
- Ensure adherence to safe nursing practices and protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient health, responding to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities in accordance with policies and procedures.

Compliance / Notes:
- No RTO (Request Time Off) allowed.
- Must have a positive attitude and be timely.
