Job Opportunity – Neuro Step-Down Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM start time; weekends required, no block scheduling

Requirements:

• Active RN license with Nursys verification
• Minimum 2 years of neuro step-down experience required
• Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification – must be included in application
• Current ACLS certification
• EPIC experience required
• Complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Skills checklist, professional references, and certification documentation required
• Professional badge-appropriate photo for credentialing
