Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a small rural community.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostics, interpret lab results, and administer medications and vaccinations.
- Manage chronic conditions through patient education and support.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, utilizing EMR/EHR systems.
- Participate in telehealth and clinical research initiatives as needed.
- Master’s in Nursing, current licensure, and certification, with preferred experience in procedures and familiarity with coding and behavioral health.
