Overview
Fully remote and autonomous PRN position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Atlanta, GA area. As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN), you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of nursing. This role supports a work‑life balance and offers opportunities to build one‑on‑one relationships with patients.
In this PRN role, you will visit patients in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas with occasional travel up to 150–200 miles one way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed.

- Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients homes
- Apply your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in the comfort of their own homes
- Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education per the physician s plan of treatment
- Adhere to licensure requirements; additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas
- Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists and other partners
- Engage in continuous training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion; certification and recertification expenses may be reimbursed for eligible RNs (e.g., Immune Globulin Certified Nurse, IgCN)
- Registered Nurse with current license in Atlanta and ability to be licensed in other states; additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas
- Minimum one year of nursing experience; IV-related experience is a plus
- Have and maintain current CPR certification
- Possess a valid and current driver s license and auto insurance (liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to document and track patient care activity
- Three years of nursing experience
- One year infusion experience
- Home healthcare experience
- CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required
RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
