• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

• Active Georgia RN license
• BLS certification (ACLS/PALS depending on specialty)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Leadership and delegation abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice

• BSN degree (increasingly preferred by top facilities)
• 2+ years of RN experience in specialty area (Med‑Surg, ICU, ER, etc.)
• Specialty certifications (CCRN, CEN, etc.)
