Job SummaryRegistered nurse travels to assigned client employment sites to provide health evaluations for participants. The role includes on-site visits and teleconference evaluations when no site is available.
Essential Duties- Review participants’ Health History Questionnaire.
- Review and interpret individual blood lab test results.
- Obtain individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat, and fitness level.
- Establish individual goals and recommend ways to improve health risk.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Nurse Manager.
- Valid Registered Nursing License in the state(s) where program participants reside.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, working vehicle, and current personal auto insurance.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Excellent motivational and coaching skills.
- Physical:
Sitting 25‑50% of the time, standing 25‑50%, walking 25‑50%, bending occasionally, lifting up to 75 lbs. - Visual, audio, and speaking:
Able to access and interpret client data on the computer and communicate in person and by phone. - Manual dexterity/keyboarding:
Able to use standard office equipment. - Availability:
Able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as directed by manager, and up to 100% travel.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
