Peak Health Nurse – Traveling Health & Wellness Nurse Coach covering the Atlanta area. Join McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency.

Our clinically-based lifestyle and behavior change programs are led by registered nurses who deliver health risk assessments, navigate wellness offerings, and coach employees to manage their health and reduce costs. Registered nurse travels to assigned client employment sites to provide health evaluations for participants. The role includes on-site visits and teleconference evaluations when no site is available.

• Review participants’ Health History Questionnaire.
• Review and interpret individual blood lab test results.
• Obtain individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat, and fitness level.
• Establish individual goals and recommend ways to improve health risk.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Nurse Manager.

• Valid Registered Nursing License in the state(s) where program participants reside.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, working vehicle, and current personal auto insurance.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Excellent motivational and coaching skills.

• Physical:
  Sitting 25‑50% of the time, standing 25‑50%, walking 25‑50%, bending occasionally, lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Visual, audio, and speaking:
  Able to access and interpret client data on the computer and communicate in person and by phone.
• Manual dexterity/keyboarding:
  Able to use standard office equipment.
• Availability:
  Able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as directed by manager, and up to 100% travel.

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
