DaVita is seeking a Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center for patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. If you desire to deliver empathetic care in a supportive environment, consider this opportunity.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after training.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients who often have multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
• Work with head, heart, and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three‑year diploma from an accredited program may substitute a nursing degree.
• Experience may be helpful but is not required: ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg.
