Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of ER experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital-based Emergency Department setting
- Night shifts (12-hour NOC) are required
- 13-week contract assignment
- Strict rules on requested time off: maximum of five days if not during holidays, maximum of three days if during a holiday period
- Only one holiday time off request is permitted
- Time off should not be clustered around multiple holidays
- References are not required for consideration
- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of Emergency Department RN experience
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
- Former perm staff must have separated from the health system for at least one year, and 18 months if returning to the same facility
