ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders, established guidelines, and the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Certifications Required
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Must hold American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- One (1) year of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
- Additional life support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
- Visual color acuity, depending on the role in specific units.
7 a.m.
- 7 p.m.
