Director of Nursing, Healthcare Nursing, Clinical Nurse Specialist
The Director of Clinical Nursing provides operational and clinical leadership for nursing services within a high-volume fertility practice. This role oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, and workflow while serving as a hands-on leader who supports patient care across multiple locations. The Director works collaboratively with physicians, administrative leadership, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to deliver exceptional reproductive healthcare.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage clinical nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and direct clinical support.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered fertility care.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and Regional VP to implement clinical strategies, quality initiatives, and operational goals.
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement within the fertility clinical setting.
- Monitor patient volume and operational metrics to support efficient patient progression and practice growth.
- Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate care across all locations.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active State RN license.
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
- Prior fertility or reproductive endocrinology leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage clinical operations, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- ANA Certification preferred or required, as applicable
