Weekend Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN).

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday – Part‑time/Weekend Role.

• Provide wound assessments and manage individualized wound‑care treatment plans.
• Perform dressing changes, skin assessments, and preventative skin‑care interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the Director of Nursing.
• Document wound care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal guidelines.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on wound‑care best practices.
• Help ensure compliance with infection‑control standards.

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of Georgia.
• Wound‑care certification preferred (but not required).
• Prior experience in long‑term care or wound management strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical documentation skills.
