Travel RN - Case Management​/Utilization Review - Case Management

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager in Atlanta, GA for a day shift position focused on care coordination and utilization review, requiring an active GA or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Work in a regional office environment with focus on case management and care coordination,

• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday,

• Involved in care transitions from acute care or skilled nursing facility to home or alternate levels of care,

• Collaboration with hospital physicians, QRM staff, medical office staff, and other providers,

• Utilizes EPIC EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required at time of consideration,

• All certifications and licenses must be active and up to date; pending credentials are not accepted,

• Experience in care coordination, utilization review, and skilled nursing or acute transitional care is required,

• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred,

• Submission must include the last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth,

Additional Information

• Responsible for coordinating care of patients with complex medical needs and ensuring smooth transitions between care settings,

• Role requires frequent interdepartmental collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including case managers, social workers, and practitioners,

• Position subject to employer policies limiting assignment duration and requiring a 90-day break after two years of continuous contingent work,
