We are seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient practices in Atlanta, GA. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the medical director to play a critical role in care delivery and practice innovation.

• Provide best‑in‑class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Partner with the care team and leverage One Medical Seniors coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage geriatric patients and drive behavior change.
• Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize population impact.
• Work in a state‑of‑the‑art practice setting designed for a team‑based model.
• Collaborate in a leadership culture that values input and promotes work/life balance.
• Enjoy weekly protected time for team building and case discussion.

• At least 2 years of primary‑care experience.
• Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Georgia.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and effective communication with team members and patients.
• Thrives in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on data‑driven improvement of patient outcomes.
• Board certification.
