Southern Rheumatology Alliance is seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion LPN to join our dynamic healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. The infusion nurse will be responsible for administering intravenous medications to patients in a private practice medical setting.

• Administer intravenous medications and fluids according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Monitor patients during infusion therapy to assess vital signs, evaluate patient response, and manage any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, including infusion records, medication administration, and patient progress notes; updating patient charts and tracking paperwork using our EMR system.
• Clean and prepare patient areas, equipment, and tools.
• Collaborate with physicians, benefit coordinators and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and standards to maintain a safe environment for patients and healthcare staff.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of infusion supplies and equipment.
• Manage infusion phone messages and scheduling.
• Insert and discontinue peripheral IV catheters.
• Collaborate in a supportive, team‑oriented work environment.

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Proficient in dose calculations and administering IV medications.
• Work schedule:
  
  4‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday).
